Problem
A traditional Himachal dealer lost phone-quote hours daily. Contractors wanted genuine-brand assurance, bulk rates, and hill delivery — fast.
My role
Redesign + build: catalogue, estimator/booking, bilingual IA, WhatsApp quote engine.
Solution
Rebuilt as a conversion machine: a 17-product catalogue, an authorised-dealer trust band (Tata, Ambuja, Somany), a material-list → WhatsApp estimate flow, store-visit booking, testimonials, and a full Hindi mirror for the local audience.
