Problem
A classical Ayurvedic pharmacy had deep expertise but no digital front door — remedies, consultations and personalisation were all offline.
My role
Design + build: remedy store, Dosha assessment, tele-consult booking, patient reviews.
Solution
Built a wellness store with add-to-cart remedies, an interactive Dosha assessment that personalises recommendations, online Vaidya consultation booking, and verified patient reviews — turning a pharmacy into a care journey.
