Problem
A Taloja MIDC wholesaler had deep stock and logistics but no digital catalogue — buyers couldn't see range or request quotes without calling.
My role
Design + build: catalogue, RFQ flow, coverage map.
Solution
Built a wholesale catalogue across five categories with a WhatsApp RFQ flow, own-delivery-fleet messaging, and a coverage map for Navi Mumbai contractors and retailers.
