Problem
A fine-jewellery house needed to sell trust, not just SKUs — live gold rates, making charges, and lifetime warranty had to feel tangible online, not hidden behind 'contact for price'.
My role
Design + full-stack build: 360° configurator, live-rate board, savings calculator, AI concierge entry.
Solution
Built an editorial collection experience with a 360° ring builder (angle, top, front, side views; style, diamond shape, metal, setting, size, live total), a live Nagpur bullion board, an interactive savings planner (invested + bonus = buying power), and an always-on concierge for prices, custom orders and store visits.
